RETURN POLICY – YOURJEAN

Effective Date: February 02 2025

YourJean is committed to providing high-quality, fully customized denim products to our B2B customers. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process and the level of personalization involved, our return policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness while maintaining efficiency in our production.

 

1. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

All products sold by YourJean are custom-made per the specifications provided by the customer. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any orders unless the item is defective or a production error has occurred. This policy is in accordance with U.S. commercial regulations for customized goods.

 

2. EXCEPTIONS FOR DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If a product is received with manufacturing defects or does not match the approved specifications, YourJean may offer a replacement under the following conditions:

2.1 Reporting a Defect or Error

  • Customers must report any defects or order discrepancies within 7 calendar days of receiving their order.

  • To initiate a claim, send an email to info@yourjean.com with:

    • Order number

    • Detailed description of the issue

    • Clear photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item

2.2 Eligibility for Replacement

  • The issue must be a verifiable defect in material or workmanship (e.g., incorrect sizing from the ordered specifications, faulty stitching, damaged fabric, or misapplied custom elements such as buttons, rivets, or embroidery).

  • Issues caused by customer-provided incorrect specifications, improper care, normal wear and tear, or subjective preferences are not eligible for replacement.

  • If a defect is verified, YourJean will provide a replacement item at no additional cost or offer a partial credit at our discretion.

 

3. ORDER FINALIZATION & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

By placing an order with YourJean, the customer acknowledges the following responsibilities:

  • Sample Approval: Customers have the opportunity to approve pre-production samples before full manufacturing. Once production begins, no further modifications or cancellations are possible.

  • Specification Accuracy: Customers must ensure all specifications (including fabric selection, fit, inseam, branding elements, and quantity) are correct at the time of order placement.

  • Final Sale Agreement: All sales are final, and no changes can be made after order confirmation.

 

4. SHIPPING DAMAGES & CLAIMS

YourJean ensures that all orders are shipped in perfect condition. However, if a shipment is damaged during transit, customers must:

  • Report damage within 48 hours of delivery by contacting the shipping carrier directly and filing a claim.

  • Notify YourJean at info@yourjean.com with relevant photos and carrier claim details.

  • YourJean is not responsible for shipping-related damages but will assist in providing necessary documentation.
